Reparations Rates & Scholarships

My team and I are running a business in a capitalist society (which is deeply harmful to some and wildly rewarding to others) in a country with horrendous origins and centuries of harm to make right on. We don't pretend to have answers or be experts about the social justice issues of our day, but here are some tangible things we are committing to for this launch:

We offer the following options for each cohort of each program:

We reserve 6 reparations spots at half the full cost of the program. This can be applied to the payment plan or the pay in full option. The reparations rate is available to Black and North American Indigenous individuals on a first come basis. You must submit an application to the program (if applicable), and then register and make the first payment to reserve your spot. Email support@jesfields.com to inquire.

Our reparations rate is not a scholarship fund and we do not assume that individual Black or Indigenous applicants do not have access to wealth. We are offering this discounted rate not only as an attempt at reparations for Black and Indigenous peoples within the spiritual wellness space, but also to attempt to cultivate and support more diversity within the Human Design community, which is overwhelmingly white.

We reserved 9 scholarship spots at 3/4 of the full cost (client pays 3/4 the total program cost, rather than the full program cost), available to LGBTQ+ and/or BIOPOC individuals who are in financial need. A note about our pay-in-full discount: We offer a pay in full discount as a way to thank you for choosing to invest in our small business by committing your resources up front. When clients invest their funds up front, it makes a big different in our small business, and the PIF discount is a way to incentivize those who are able, to invest their funds with us now instead of later.
