Understanding the 64 Gates is foundational to working with Human Design in a meaningful way. Each Gate represents a unique energy that influences how you think, feel, and interact with the world. But because there are 64 of them, the information can feel abstract or overwhelming, especially when trying to learn the gates one at a time, without the context of circuits and awareness streams.
This program is designed to help you learn the 64 Gates in a clear, structured way, so you can recognize their impact in your own chart and apply that knowledge practically with your clients.
By studying the gates in the context of circuitry and awareness streams, you’ll start to see how everything connects, offering you a holistic view of the Human Design bodygraph.
I’ve taught hundreds of clients using this approach, and the most common response is relief—because for the first time, the system finally clicks.

Our group is intentionally small, and the group itself becomes part of the curriculum through experimentation and sharing real-life lessons.
Learning the gates in the context of their circuitry AND in an intimate, relational format leads to a profound and lasting understanding of the gates. Your understanding comes not through memorizing facts and details, but by rooting the larger themes and concepts of circuitry in the real-world experiences of yourself and your peers.

The 64 Gates Program is an all-levels group, meaning that we’ll have seasoned Alumni who have been studying Human Design for many years, and people who are newer to Human Design as well.
This blended classroom creates a rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives, with plenty of real-life examples from people just like you, whose intention is to embody their Human Design experiment, not just memorize facts and details—though that part of the learning is helpful too!
Our group is intentionally small, so there’s space for each person to ask questions and receive personalized support.
We’ll have plenty of time for your real-life examples of how these energies show up in your life (an important part of the curriculum!)

Our community space is not gendered (meaning we are not a group of only one gender) and I do not teach or support a gendered view of Human Design. We aim to be inclusive of trans and genderqueer people.
If you currently hold a biological view of gender (sex = gender) or a binary view of gender (there are two genders: man and woman) and you do not accept, honor, and celebrate that other people have a different experience of gender, then I am not able to be your Human Design teacher right now.

My work with Human Design is guided by values of personal and collective liberation, recognizing that none of us are untouched by supremacy culture.
I believe that as a white person, I have a responsibility to engage in the ongoing process of deconditioning internalized anti-Black racism.
If you do not share this belief, please do not join this program.

I believe we can still bring our whole selves to this program (and learn so much from each other!) by bringing our lessons learned while omitting any potentially traumatic details.
During our discussions, please do not share any details of your story that require a trigger warning. Instead, please find a general way to reference your experience.
For example, if sharing a reflection that involves loss, use general language like, "I experienced a significant loss." rather than sharing the details of the loss.
Sharing our life experiences and how these Human Design energies appear in real life, are important parts of our learning. However, this group is not structured in a way that provides resources for each person to process potentially triggering material.

The Community Circuit Group (the collection of gates we’ll be studying during the Spring 2026 segment) holds valuable lessons that are needed now more than ever.
These gates help us deepen our understanding of how we connect, support, and work with others without getting completely merged with or lost in the other.
In this circuit, we find the energy to set boundaries (40-37), connect through shared values (19-49), create with each other (59-6), take care of each other (50-27), take control of what is ours to control (21-45), understand what can be transformed (54-32), and rally others around community survival (44-26).
The Community Circuit Group in Human Design is here to ensure the stability, health, and growth of individuals and communities.
The gates, channels, minor circuits, and awareness streams within the Community Circuit Group carry practical themes like managing resources, creating strong relationships, and ensuring that everyone has what they need to thrive.
Rooted in values like reciprocity and interdependence, ambition, leadership, and intimacy, this circuit helps us nurture our children, protect our communities, and align with shared laws and values that keep us safe and connected. Driven by the Heart Center, it emphasizes balancing willpower, energy, and resources to meet the group's needs.
The biggest lesson of the Community Circuit Group is that the spiritual is found in the mundane—the everyday acts of care, responsibility, and connection are what create the foundation for a thriving, meaningful life.
In the 64 Gates program, you will learn the gates in the context of their circuitry, including practical ways to work with the energy of each gate. Understanding the gates in context will create a solid foundation for holistically understanding the Human Design chart.

How We Learn Together
Learning here (and in all of our reader training programs) is relational.
It’s co-created in the space between us, through the questions you ask, the insights you share, and the patterns you notice in your real life as we move through the curriculum.
Every person brings their own needs, perspectives, and lived Human Design experiments into the space, and that’s what makes the system come alive.
Of course, there will be plenty of me teaching with slides, but even more integration through discussion, learning activities, and Q&A. Your questions, your insights, and your reflections all become part of the learning. We learn through witnessing each other, reflecting back what we see, and holding the variety of designs in the group as a living classroom.
Something powerful happens when we learn in community. You start to see your own patterns right alongside everyone else’s, illuminating the material and deepening your understanding.
Learning here is also embodied.
We study the theory, yes, but every piece is punctuated with real-life practice. You’ll try it out, notice what happens, and bring those reflections back to the group.
This process of experience, reflection, and action is what turns Human Design from something abstract or informational into something you can truly understand energetically and can trust in your bones.

When I first started down the Human Design rabbit hole I ordered The Definitive Book of Human Design, and it made no sense to me. I watched videos on YouTube, followed Human Design readers on Instagram, and finally took a Human Design training but it really just scratched the surface. Yes! This program is designed with the flexibility to enroll in one segment at a time, or the full series (46 classes over 14 months).
If you enroll in the Spring 2026 Segment now, you’ll have until the last class of this segment to upgrade to the full series at the current full series rate.
If you’re unsure about joining the full series, do one segment with us and decide later if you want to do more.
Just one segment will fundamentally change how you study gates, even if you decide to self-study the rest.

No, this program will not teach you to give Human Design readings.
If you’re already giving readings, a deeper understanding of the gates will enhance your work with clients.
The 64 Gates program is about understanding the 64 gates, not about reading Human Design charts.

The Advanced Reader Training program includes significant support for giving Human Design readings, including group case studies, practice readings, guided volunteer readings, and mentoring.
Should you choose to enroll in the Advanced Reader Training (ART) at a later date, you may apply 100% of the 64 Gates Program cost to ART. The upcoming Fall 2026 cohort of ART will include a seat in our 64 Gates Program.

Classes will be 60 minutes, held 3x per month.
Sessions will be a combination of teaching with slides, discussion, Q&A, and learning activities
Topics will be set in advance, so you can prioritize attending live for certain gates.
You are encouraged to participate in the way that works for you. There is never any pressure to participate in a group discussion or learning activity. You can listen and observe or join in the chat only. Though, I don’t think it will take long for you to feel comfortable with the group.

Some of the material builds on itself, and my team is always available to help you “catch up” selectively if you miss several sessions.

You must have a solid understanding of type, strategy, and authority.
It is recommended but not required that you have a general understanding of the nine centers.
You may review the nine centers in the Definitive Book of Human Design throughout the 64 gates program.
