This program gives you a foundation you can trust. We move steadily through the centers, Authority, and definition with teaching, practice, case studies, and discussion woven together. Instead of gathering scattered pieces of Human Design on your own, you’ll follow a clear path and return to resources that support your learning long after our time together.

As you move through our six months together, you’ll quickly see how Human Design fits inside the work you already do.

It doesn’t sit on top as an extra set of facts. It becomes part of how you listen, how you reflect, and how you guide your clients toward their own clarity. Whether you support people in business, parenting, life, relationships, or some other way, you’ll have the confidence to bring Human Design into those conversations with ease.

Learning here happens in relationship. With your own design. With the designs of others. And with the group as a whole. It’s through the rhythm of teaching, witnessing each others’ designs, study, guided practice, and lived experience that you develop real skill with Human Design—embodied and ready to share.

From Knowing Your Chart to Guiding With Confidence

In this mentorship, you’ll learn to look at a Human Design bodygraph and see how the defined and undefined centers come together to create the unique energetic makeup of the client sitting across from you. Through case studies, practice sessions, and guided teaching, this way of seeing will become second nature.

You’ll learn how to recognize the stories and thought loops your clients are most likely to encounter, and how to reflect those patterns back so they can move forward with more clarity and ease. In NCM, you’ll see these dynamics play out in real charts and real people, so you know what to listen for and how to guide your clients through it.

And you’ll come to understand the foundations of Human Design (Authority, Centers, and Definition) deeply enough that you can weave them into your existing work with confidence. 

You’ll walk away from our time together with a Human Design foundation you can actually lean on, with a way of seeing and guiding with Human Design that is truly yours, not just a list of Human Design facts you’ve memorized.

In NCM, we go deep into the following topics:

Mechanics of Centers. The combination of defined centers (and the channels that connect them) create type, authority, and definition. They also add nuance and depth to all three. Two emotional authority MGs — one with only 2 defined centers, and one with 7 defined centers — could be as different as a Manifestor and a Projector. 

By understanding the mechanics of the centers we also begin to see that the human design chart is not random -- it has logic and meaning. (This is also the mechanical foundation upon which we build as we cover in detail the concepts of circuits, streams, channels and gates in the Advanced courses.)

The Hierarchy of Authority. Understanding Authority is deeper than just knowing what your client’s Authority is -- the combination of defined and undefined centers can also influence how your clients use their Authority (The decision-making process of an Emotional Authority with a direct G to Throat channel is probably going to involve a lot more talking it out for example.)

Definition. Definition is one of the major themes in a chart and gives so much insight where our conditioning is held, the environments we work best in and how we relate to those around us. Being able to tap into these fundamentals for every client that sits across from you will provide you with a game changing level of insight and understanding.

A Deep Dive into each of the 9 Energy Centers. Understanding the type of energy (and shadows) that are contained in each of the 9 energy centers will help you pinpoint the exact type of stories or mindset traps your client is likely to encounter as well as where their strengths and most consistent kind of energy live.

Personality & Design. Learn how the conscious and unconscious activations in a chart plays out in definition.

By the end of our six months together, you’ll have a solid foundation in all of the basics of Human Design, and you’ll be able to confidently weave Human Design into your existing coaching or consulting business.

Included in your NCM experience:

• Six months of Live Training Calls (17 sessions in total) to learn, share, and integrate with one another. Consider zoom your classroom for the next six months - filled with teaching, learning activities, case studies, real life examples from the teaching team + your fellow students, and breakout rooms for discussion and connecting in a more intimate group with your peers.

• An online portal with plenty of resources to help you integrate what you’re learning and support your work with clients. Including:

• A companion workbook to help you structure your notes as you move through each lesson so you have organized notes written in your words, ready to support you as you bring your new knowledge to your clients. The workbook really helps you find and use your own voice as you learn so you can see exactly how to incorporate Human Design into your coaching or consulting work in your own unique way.

• Case Studies to help you integrate the material you’re learning in class.

• Digital flashcards to help you memorize key concepts. Save them to your phone and revisit them when you have a spare 5 minutes, or if you're a tactile learner, you can print them.

• Self-assessment quizzes, which allow you to test your knowledge in bite sized pieces, and anchor key concepts.

• Discussion and reflection prompts to support you in explore your Design, and to use as discussion starters in your sessions with your clients.

One of the things we all love about Human Design is the permission to throw out the one-size-fits-all approach, and learning Human Design should be no different.  

We have very intentionally designed all of our reader training programs for your unique learning style, no matter what it is: teaching with slide decks for the 1st lines, discussion about Human Design in real life for the 3rd and 6th line experiential learners, etc.

And while we have high expectations for your journey and important benchmarks to hit along the way, the Nine Centers Mentorship is designed with very intentional integration periods along the way so you never find yourself falling behind, struggling to keep up.

Human Design is complex but learning it doesn't need to feel like you're drinking from a firehose, trying to jam it all into your head in 2 days or 2 weeks. (Ever cram for an exam only to find you forgot nearly everything you’d “learned” once you handed in your test and walked out the door?)

We want every single one of our Nine Centers Mentorship grads to complete the entire program and successfully apply their new Human Design understanding to their business.

Alongside Jes, the Nine Centers Mentorship will be facilitated by one of our Human Design experts who will teach during our live sessions, lead small group discussions, host learning activities, share their personal experiences and perspectives with you, and be available to answer your questions between sessions.

Each member of our Teaching Team has completed extensive training with Jes Fields and is able to share Human Design knowledge in a grounded and thoughtful way.

A Note About Autonomy

At the heart of Human Design is the invitation to be yourself and to make decisions as yourself. The Nine Centers Mentorship is a space where you get to practice that.

Everything inside this program is an invitation. 

You get to choose, over and over again, how you engage with the group.

Some days you may want to lean into my structure and let yourself be guided through the teaching and discussion. Other days, you may need to turn your camera off, join us from bed, skip the discussions and activities, or some other version of doing your own thing. 

Your way of engaging will not look exactly like anyone else’s. Sometimes you’ll speak and share, sometimes you’ll listen and take it in, sometimes you’ll weave your own thread through the material alongside the group. 

I invite you to discover how you learn best in this season of your life, to trust your own rhythms, and to let your design guide the way you engage. Your individuality–alongside the group’s collective rhythm–is what makes this space so potent and alive.

Frequently asked questions

What is the time commitment for the mentorship?

The average weekly time commitment is 2 hours. We’ll spend 60 minutes together on the training calls (2-3x per month), and we recommend that you spend an additional 60-90 minutes per week reviewing and studying.

Is there 1:1 support available?

This is a group program, so all of the support is offered in our group format. We meet frequently on zoom, and we’ll have plenty of time for questions and discussion during that time. No question will go unanswered.

When are the live group calls?

Our next cohort meets weekly on Fridays from noon-1pm EST. We strongly encourage attending live as often as possible, however, the calls are also recorded in case you need to miss a call.

Are there pre-requisites for enrolling in the Nine Centers Mentorship?

You must have a good understanding of the Human Design Types. We’d love to recommend some pre-program resources to get you caught up if you don’t have a solid foundation in the types. Reach out to support@jesfields.com.

Will this prepare me to give Human Design readings?

No, but the Nine Centers Mentorship will allow you to confidently bring the Human Design basics into any existing coaching or consulting work you do. You’ll finish our 6 months together with a deep and grounded understanding of the Human Design foundations of Type, Strategy, Authority, and Definition which will provide you with all the knowledge and confidence you need to bring Human Design into your coaching or consulting business and combine it with your existing tools in a powerful, personalized way.

Many clients begin giving mini Human Design readings using their NCM knowledge. There is so much value in sharing your knowledge as you’re learning, both for you and your clients and my 3rd line will always encourage you to get into action! Since the Nine Centers Mentorship I'm no longer just sharing Human Design in a flat, 2D way.
